Martha brings 15 years of somatic movement practice and psychophysical acting experience to her work in helping clients deepen into connection with their bodies. She holds that the purpose of the therapeutic relationship is to guide people towards healing and integrating painful experiences, ultimately uncovering the inner wildness of their hearts. Martha brings yoga and mindfulness meditation into her practice, teaching clients to cultivate an inner witness as they work towards detaching from painful thoughts. She brings a nurturing and creative approach to her work, meeting each person where they are.

In her personal time, Martha loves climbing, canoeing, walking in nature, and putting her hands in the soil of her garden.
